Father Paul
Born, raised and schooled in Nigeria, Father Paul came to the United States after college. He attended Kenrick Seminary, School of Theology , St. Louis, Missouri, graduating with a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Theology, and was ordained a priest for the diocese of Tulsa on July 28th, 2000.

After his ordination, Father Paul spent two years as an Associate Pastor of the Church of St. Benedict in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, then in August 2002, Most Reverend Edward J. Slattery, D. D., Third Bishop of Tulsa, appointed Father Paul the Pastor of Saints Peter and Paul Parish, Cushing, and St. Mary's Parish, Drumright, then Father Paul became Pastor of St. John the Evangelist, Pawnee, Oklahoma, February 28th, 2003, where he served until 2004.

November, 2005, Father Paul again became Pastor of St. John the Evangelst in Pawnee and is also serving as Pastor to both Saints Peter and Paul Parish, Cushing, and St. Mary's Parish, Drumright, Cimmaron Correctional Facility Chaplain and is a member of the Committee for Priestly Life and Ministry.

July 2008: Father Paul Amaliri, will be released from service in the Diocese for three years to serve as a chaplain in the U.S. Air Force effective Aug. 20. His last Mass at St. John's was July 12th.
